Meet Sunil Kumar, a highly experienced yoga teacher with a strong educational background in the field of yoga. Sunil’s journey in yoga began after his graduation from D.B College Sasthamcotta. Intrigued by the transformative power of yoga, he embarked on a seven-year “Brahmavidya Acharya” course in 1985 at the esteemed Sivagiri Mutt Varkala.
Sunil’s initial exposure to yoga was under the guidance of Swami Samprasadanda, a monk from the revered Sree Ramakrishna Mission. Inspired by his yoga mentor, Sunil decided to further his training and enrolled in the Sivananda Teacher Training Course at Neyyar Dam in 1995. This intensive program equipped him with the necessary skills and knowledge to teach yoga effectively.Continuing his dedication to his practice, Sunil also completed the Sadhana Intensive course at the same ashram in 1995. The following year, he further expanded his expertise by successfully completing the Advanced Teacher’s Training program at the Sivananda Ashram.
