Daily Yoga Sessions

Immerse yourself in daily yoga sessions led by experienced instructors. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our classes cater to all levels.

Pranayama

As humans we are expressions of the universal pranic energy or the prana (life force). However improper lifestyles and unconscious untrained ways of breathing processes hampers our life force and unbalances our body and mind increasing stress , anxiety and fears in our minds . In our course one will learn how to breath properly and to guide and expand prana or life-force in the right way to connect to our higher self.

Guided Meditation

Discover the power of mindfulness and meditation to calm the mind and nurture inner peace. These sessions are designed to promote mental clarity and spiritual growth.

Yoga Nidra Sessions

Enjoy delicious and nourishing Ayurvedic meals that are thoughtfully prepared to balance your dosha and promote health. Experience the taste of wellness in every bite.

Bhakti yoga (Satsangs)

In bhakti yoga we draw heavily on cultivating and expressing love and devotion for deities in the hindu pantheon . The ecstatic experience of singing, chanting and satsang cultivates an atmosphere for emotional expression and healing while at the same time giving the practitioner an opportunity to set the stage for experiencing the divine within the self.

Kriyas

Kriya literally means activities to purify the nine gates of consciousness . as it is clearly explained in hatha yoga that we won’t get any benefits from asana and pranayama without adapting deep physical cleansing in our lifestyle . Kriyas purify our stored old negative patterns that we have been storing in our body like the excellent way of cleansing our nasal passages by activities like “Jalaneti “ .
